We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly.
If you use the Services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
4. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep login credentials confidential and secure
• Accept responsibility for all activity occurring under your account
• Use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication where available
You must immediately notify GeoSnake at legal@geosnake.com of any unauthorized use of your account. GeoSnake shall not be liable for any damages arising from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain reasonable account security. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
5.1 General terms for subscription and billing
Certain Services require payment. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the fees and taxes shown at checkout. Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law:
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period
Fees are charged in advance for the upcoming billing period
Renewal prices may change with at least thirty (30) days' advance notice
You are responsible for applicable taxes
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account
Cancellation: You may cancel a subscription through your account settings or by contacting us at legal@geosnake.com. Unless applicable law provides otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you may continue to use the paid Services until then.
Refunds and withdrawal rights: Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated at checkout, payments are non-refundable. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory right to withdraw from or cancel a subscription. Where applicable law gives you a withdrawal or cancellation period, see Section 31.5 for information about requesting that a paid Service begin during that period and the possible payment consequences if you later withdraw.
Chargebacks: If you have a billing concern, contact us at legal@geosnake.com so we can try to resolve it. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law or your right to contact your payment provider.
5.2 Agency Portfolio add-on
Agency Portfolio is an optional, separately billed subscription for eligible agency organizations. It is separate from the organization’s base GeoSnake plan and may require an eligible base plan. The add-on renews automatically for each billing period until cancelled. The number of Client accounts supported, the price, currency, renewal date, taxes, and any amount due immediately will be shown in the account or at checkout before you confirm a purchase or capacity increase. Agency Portfolio capacity is sold in packs; the current product configuration provides five Client accounts per pack and permits up to ten packs, subject to the limits shown in your account. Current capacity and renewal terms are displayed in the billing area.
5.3 Agency Portfolio capacity changes and cancellation
When you increase Agency Portfolio capacity, GeoSnake may charge the prorated amount disclosed in the confirmation step and update the next renewal amount. A decrease in capacity takes effect on the date shown in the billing interface, generally at the next renewal, and does not create a refund for the current period. Cancelling the add-on stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the then-current paid period; access and paid capacity remain available until that date, subject to these Terms and any usage or account restrictions. You may resume a cancellation before it takes effect if the billing interface permits. Any amount already due remains payable. Mandatory statutory cancellation and refund rights are not affected.
5.4 Client invoice ownership changes
The Agency Portfolio add-on and each Client organization’s base subscription are separate subscriptions unless the billing interface expressly states otherwise. An agency may request to take responsibility for a Client organization’s future subscription invoices only where the Client has enabled the required billing permission and an authorized Client administrator approves the request. Approval does not itself change the current subscription, payment method, invoice, or current billing period. Any approved handover will be scheduled for a future renewal and takes effect only after GeoSnake confirms the new billing arrangement. The agency and Client remain responsible for charges incurred under their respective subscriptions before the effective date.
6. Credits and Usage Limits
GeoSnake may utilize credits, quotas, scan limits, API limits, usage caps, or fair-use restrictions. We reserve the right to:
• Limit excessive usage that impacts system performance
• Suspend abusive accounts
• Prevent resource abuse
• Restrict automated activities that negatively affect system performance
Unused credits may expire according to the applicable subscription plan. Expiration terms will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase and in your account dashboard.
7. Customer Data
You retain full ownership of all information, content, websites, URLs, documents, text, and materials submitted to the Services ("Customer Data").
You grant GeoSnake a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process Customer Data solely for:
• Providing and operating the Services
• Generating analytics and reports for your account
• Improving system performance and reliability
• Maintaining platform security
• Complying with legal obligations
We do not sell Customer Data to third parties. We do not use Customer Data to train AI models without your explicit consent. Customer Data is processed strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to submit Customer Data to the Services, including any personal data of third parties contained within.
You instruct GeoSnake to process Customer Data and information you provide or make accessible through connected accounts to provide the features you use, including crawling or analyzing specified websites, running search or backlink lookups, sending prompts and relevant context to AI or data providers, preparing reports and recommendations, and delivering or publishing content to a destination you select. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed for these instructions, including authorization from a Client when you act for that Client. GeoSnake may create and retain results, reports, logs, and integration records as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data rights, provider disclosures, and deletion or retention requests are governed by the Privacy Policy and any applicable Data Processing Agreement.
Data Retention: We retain Customer Data for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide the Services. Upon termination, we will delete or anonymize your Customer Data within ninety (90) days, unless retention is required by law. You may request earlier deletion by contacting legal@geosnake.com.
8. Personal Data and Privacy
Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes what personal data we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and your rights regarding it.
By using the Services, you consent to the collection and processing of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. If you submit personal data of third parties through the Services, you are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to do so.
We process personal data in accordance with:
• The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) - for EEA users
• The UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 - for UK users
• The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) - for California residents
• Other applicable US state privacy laws
Our Privacy Policy, available at https://geosnake.com/privacy-policy, sets out full details including lawful bases for processing, data transfers, and your rights.
9. AI-Generated Information
GeoSnake uses artificial intelligence, machine learning systems, statistical models, and third-party data providers to deliver the Services. You acknowledge that:
• AI outputs may be incomplete or contain inaccuracies
• Recommendations are informational only and not professional advice
• Results are not guaranteed and may vary
• AI platforms and search engines change frequently and without notice
• Historical data may not reflect current AI model behavior
GeoSnake does not guarantee any specific rankings, mentions, traffic, leads, revenue, conversions, or other business outcomes. All business decisions based on GeoSnake data remain your sole responsibility.
Automated Decision-Making: GeoSnake does not make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about individuals. AI-generated recommendations require human review before implementation.
10. Third-Party Services and Integrations
10.1 Third-party providers and processing
GeoSnake may use third-party service providers to operate and improve the Services, including providers of cloud hosting, authentication, payments, analytics, artificial-intelligence services, website crawling, search and backlink data, and communications. Depending on the feature, GeoSnake may send these providers information such as submitted URLs, search queries and parameters, website content retrieved for analysis, prompts, report inputs, account or organization identifiers, and the data needed to return or deliver a requested result. Examples may include Firecrawl for website crawling, DataForSEO for search or backlink data, and Bright Data for search-result data.
The Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Data Processing Agreement describe the relevant data categories, provider roles, safeguards, and retention. Providers may process information under their own terms and privacy notices.
10.2 Connected accounts and user-authorized actions
If you or an organization administrator connect a third-party account, you authorize GeoSnake to use the permissions displayed by that provider and to access, retrieve, store, or transmit the data needed for the integration features you enable. Depending on the provider and feature, GeoSnake may read analytics or search data, inspect available files or destinations, send notifications, or create, upload, or publish content to the connected account. GeoSnake will perform actions only through the connected account and the integration features you or your organization configure or invoke. You represent that you are authorized to connect the account and grant those permissions. You are responsible for reviewing the permissions shown by the provider and for any content you direct GeoSnake to send or publish.
10.3 Provider accounts, access, and availability
Your use of a connected provider remains subject to that provider’s terms, privacy notice, scopes, rate limits, and account requirements. You are responsible for maintaining the connected account and any fees charged by the provider. You may disconnect an integration in GeoSnake or revoke its access with the provider; disconnection may stop future access but may not withdraw or delete information already sent to GeoSnake or the provider. Integrations may stop working if authorization expires, a provider changes its product or policies, or a provider is unavailable. GeoSnake does not control those third-party services.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to:
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Upload, transmit, or distribute malicious software or code
• Attempt unauthorized access to GeoSnake systems or user accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services
• Interfere with or disrupt system operation or infrastructure
• Circumvent security, access control, or rate-limiting measures
• Resell or sublicense the Services without written authorization
• Use the Services for spam, phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices
• Scrape or harvest data using automated means beyond permitted API access
• Abuse APIs or automated systems in ways that degrade service quality
• Process personal data in violation of applicable data protection law
GeoSnake may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of access, without prior notice where necessary to protect the platform or other users.
12. Intellectual Property
GeoSnake and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all software, source code, databases, algorithms, reports, documentation, branding, logos, trademarks, designs, and platform content.
No ownership rights are transferred to you. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services solely for your internal business purposes (or that of your clients if you have the Agency Add-on enabled) in accordance with these Terms.
Except as expressly permitted in writing, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, sublicense, sell, or otherwise exploit the Services or any part thereof.
If you believe any content on the Services infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact legal@geosnake.com with full details of your claim.
13. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information disclosed during the business relationship and use it only for the purposes contemplated by these Terms. Confidential information includes technical information, product information, business information, pricing, proprietary methodologies, and non-public data.
Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that: (a) is or becomes publicly known through no breach of this agreement; (b) was rightfully known before disclosure; (c) is received from a third party without restriction; or (d) is required to be disclosed by law or court order.
These confidentiality obligations survive termination of these Terms for a period of three (3) years.
14. Availability and Service Levels
GeoSnake aims to provide reliable Services but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Services may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance (for which we will provide reasonable advance notice), security incidents, infrastructure failures, third-party outages, or force majeure events.
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and to notify you of planned downtime. We are not liable for losses caused by unplanned downtime beyond the limitations set out in Section 19.
15. Beta Features
GeoSnake may provide beta, preview, experimental, or early-access features. Such features are provided "AS IS" without warranties and may change or be discontinued at any time. Results may be inaccurate or incomplete. Use of beta features is entirely at your own risk and should not be relied upon for critical business decisions.
16. Feedback
If you provide suggestions, feedback, ideas, or recommendations regarding the Services, GeoSnake may use them without restriction or compensation. You grant GeoSnake a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback into the Services.
Feedback does not include personal data or Customer Data, which remains subject to our Privacy Policy.
17. Suspension and Termination
GeoSnake may suspend or terminate your account or that of your clients if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, create risk to the platform or other users, or if required by law. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice prior to suspension or termination.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting legal@geosnake.com or through the Settings page in your account. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of prepaid fees except where required by law.
Upon termination, your right to access the Services ends immediately. Sections 7, 11, 12, 13, 16, 18, 19, 23, 24, and any sections that by their nature should survive, will survive termination of these Terms.
18. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GEOSNAKE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AND AVAILABILITY. GEOSNAKE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including statutory warranties applicable to consumers in the EU/EEA, UK, and applicable US states.
19. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GEOSNAKE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, GOODWILL, OR REPUTATION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL GEOSNAKE'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO GEOSNAKE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100).
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including consumer protection rights under EU/EEA Directive 2011/83/EU or equivalent applicable law.
EU/EEA and UK consumers retain all mandatory statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation that cannot be waived by contract.
20. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GeoSnake, OLYME TECHNOLOGIES LLC, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your use of the Services in violation of these Terms; your Customer Data; your violation of applicable laws; or claims brought against us by third parties due to your actions.
This indemnification obligation does not apply to the extent that any claim arises from GeoSnake's own negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct.
Note: Under EU consumer protection law, indemnification obligations may be limited or not applicable to individual consumers. This section applies primarily to business users.
21. Export Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable United States export control laws, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and sanctions regulations administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). You may not access or use the Services if you are located in a country subject to US embargo or are a designated person on any US restricted party list.
22. Changes to These Terms
GeoSnake may update these Terms at any time. We will provide at least thirty (30) days advance notice of material changes by email to your registered address and/or prominent notice on our platform. For non-material changes, updates become effective upon posting.
Continued use of the Services after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using the Services and may terminate your account. EU/EEA and UK consumers who do not accept material changes may terminate without penalty within the notice period.
23. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except as follows:

24. Dispute Resolution

For US business users, any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, United States. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
24.2 EU/EEA and UK Consumers
EU/EEA consumers may also bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence. EU consumers have the right to use the Consumer Redress platform at https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu. Or contact our legal department at: legal@geosnake.com.
UK consumers may use UK-based alternative dispute resolution (ADR) schemes. Please contact us at legal@geosnake.com for information on available ADR options.
24.3 Informal Resolution
Before initiating formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at legal@geosnake.com to attempt informal resolution. We will endeavor to respond within fifteen (15) business days.
25. Force Majeure
GeoSnake shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, war, terrorism, labor disputes, utility failures, pandemics, or third-party infrastructure failures. We will notify affected users and resume performance as soon as reasonably practicable.
26. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a competent court or authority, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
27. Waiver
No failure or delay by GeoSnake in exercising any right under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right. A waiver of any breach does not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
28. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. GeoSnake may assign these Terms or any rights hereunder in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or operation of law. Any purported assignment in violation of this section is void.
29. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and GeoSnake regarding the Services, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy, the Privacy Policy shall govern with respect to personal data processing.
30. California Residents - CCPA/CPRA
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) grants you the following rights:
Right to Know: Request disclosure of personal information we have collected, used, shared, or sold about you in the past 12 months.
Right to Delete: Request deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to certain exceptions.
Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: You may request we limit use of sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide the Services.
Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA/CPRA rights.
To exercise these rights, contact us at legal@geosnake.com or visit https://geosnake.com/privacy-policy. We will respond within 45 days. We may require verification of your identity before processing requests.
Shine the Light: California Civil Code Section 1798.83 allows California residents to request information about disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties for direct marketing purposes without your consent.
31. International Users - EU/EEA/UK
31.1 Data Controller
For EEA and UK users, OLYME TECHNOLOGIES LLC (trading as GeoSnake) acts as the data controller of your personal data. Our data protection contact is: legal@geosnake.com.
31.2 Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data on the following legal bases under the GDPR:
Performance of Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): To provide the Services you have subscribed to.
Legitimate Interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): For security, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): For marketing communications and non-essential cookies (which you can withdraw at any time).
Legal Obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): To comply with applicable laws.
31.3 Your Rights Under GDPR
EU/EEA and UK data subjects have the following rights:
Right of Access (Art. 15)
Right to Rectification (Art. 16)
Right to Erasure / Right to be Forgotten (Art. 17)
Right to Restrict Processing (Art. 18)
Right to Data Portability (Art. 20)
Right to Object (Art. 21)
Rights related to Automated Decision-Making (Art. 22)
To exercise these rights, contact legal@geosnake.com. We will respond within 30 days (extendable by a further 60 days for complex requests). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (DPA).
31.4 International Data Transfers
GeoSnake is based in the United States. If you are located in the EEA or UK, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. Such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA), as applicable. For details and copies of applicable transfer mechanisms, contact legal@geosnake.com.
31.5 EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the United Kingdom, you have the mandatory consumer rights provided by the laws that apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
Where applicable law gives you a right to withdraw from a distance contract, you may exercise that right within the statutory period and using the procedure required by law. For a paid digital Service, that period is generally 14 days from the day the contract is made, subject to applicable law.
Starting a Service during the withdrawal period: Where applicable law requires it, we will ask you to expressly request that a paid Service begin before the withdrawal period ends. If you then withdraw after the Service has begun, you may have to pay an amount proportionate to the Service supplied up to the time you notify us, but only where applicable law permits this and we have met its information and request requirements. A Service contract does not lose its withdrawal right merely because performance has begun. That right may be lost when the Service has been fully performed only where you expressly requested early performance and acknowledged that you would lose the right once the Service was fully performed.
Digital content supplied without a physical medium: Where applicable law permits the right to withdraw to end when supply begins, that exception applies only after you have given the required prior express consent, acknowledged that you will lose the right to withdraw, and received the required confirmation of the contract and your consent.
Any refund or payment due following withdrawal will be handled in accordance with applicable law. These rights are in addition to any other mandatory rights or remedies available to you under EU/EEA or UK consumer law.
31.6 Data Processing Addendum
If you use GeoSnake to process personal data of third parties on behalf of your business (as a data processor), a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) compliant with GDPR Article 28 is available upon request at legal@geosnake.com. Enterprise customers requiring a DPA should contact us before beginning such processing.
32. Affiliate and Referral Programs
32.1 Affiliate Program
The GeoSnake Affiliate Program is for approved external partners who promote GeoSnake through an authorised affiliate link, discount code, or promotion code. Eligible commissions are calculated from a referred customer’s first successfully settled subscription payment.
The commission rate is based on the affiliate’s eligible sales tier:
Tier 4, 0 to 10 sales, pays 50% on the first monthly subscription payment or 10% on the first yearly subscription payment;
Tier 3, 11 to 50 sales, pays 70% monthly or 20% yearly;
Tier 2, 51 to 99 sales, pays 80% monthly or 30% yearly; and
Tier 1, 100 or more sales, pays 90% monthly or 40% yearly.
Affiliate commissions for eligible sales made during a calendar month are scheduled for payout on the twenty-fifth day of the following month. For example, commissions from eligible sales made between 1 June and 30 June are scheduled for payout on the 25th of July. Payment is subject to settlement of the customer’s payment, approval of the affiliate account, valid payment details, and review for refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, fraud, duplicate attribution, or other ineligible activity.
The minimum amount required for payout is $50.
Affiliates must have any of these accounts in order to receive the commission payouts: Payoneer, PayPal, Wise, Revolut, or ACH bank transfer.
All affiliates are required to sign a W-9 or 8BEN/8BEN-E form to confirm country of residence and declare whether they are a US taxpayer or not.
GeoSnake may withhold, reverse, or offset commissions that later become ineligible. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information, completing any required verification, and paying all taxes or charges arising from their commissions. GeoSnake may suspend or terminate an affiliate account for misleading promotion, unlawful advertising, misuse of discount codes, self-referrals, or any breach of these terms.
Affiliate sales are solely tracked by coupon code, while GeoSnake is working on custom cookie-based affiliate referral links.
32.2 Referral Program
The GeoSnake Referral Program is for existing GeoSnake customers and users who invite qualified business contacts to use GeoSnake. It is separate from the external Affiliate Program and does not pay cash commissions. Only organisation owners and administrators may send referral invitations. The invited contact must use a valid business email address and must not be the referrer, an existing GeoSnake user, or a person already subject to an active referral invitation. A signup alone does not qualify for a reward.
The referring customer receives 100 credits after the referred business completes its first successful Business Scan. The referring customer may receive an additional 250 Extra credits if the referred business upgrades to a Paid plan within 30 days of the invitation and that paid plan remains valid for at least 14 days. Referral invitations expire after 30 days, and the same email address may not be invited again until the applicable waiting period has passed.
Rewards may be withheld, reversed, or cancelled where the referred account is fraudulent, refunded, cancelled, charged back, inactive, or otherwise fails to meet the eligibility requirements. Referral rewards are promotional credits only, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for payment.
32.3 Student discount
A currently enrolled student may apply for a 50% discount on any Pro or Business plan. The discount is available only after GeoSnake verifies the application and confirms approval. GeoSnake may request reasonable proof of enrollment and expected or actual graduation date. Submitting an application does not activate the discount. Once approved, the discounted rate applies while the student remains eligible and for no more than twelve (12) months after the student’s graduation date recorded in the approved application. The discount ends when that period expires or eligibility otherwise ends, and the then-current undiscounted plan price will apply from the next renewal unless you change or cancel the subscription. The applicable billing period, taxes, credits, plan limits, and total charge are shown at checkout. The discount is personal to the approved applicant and may not be transferred.
33. Accessibility
GeoSnake is committed to making our Services accessible. We strive to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. If you experience accessibility barriers, please contact us at legal@geosnake.com, and we will work with you to provide access to the information or functionality you need.
