These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GeoSnake website, platform, applications, APIs, software, reports, dashboards, integrations, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, additional terms under Section 31 (International Users - EU/EEA/UK) apply to you and take precedence over conflicting provisions in these Terms to the extent required by applicable law.
If you are located in California, United States, additional terms under Section 30 (California Residents - CCPA/CPRA) also apply to you.
2. Description of Services
GeoSnake provides AI visibility intelligence, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), search visibility monitoring, competitor intelligence, content analysis, website auditing, AI mention tracking, reporting, and related software tools.
The Services may include:
• AI visibility tracking and monitoring across large language models (LLMs)
• AI search monitoring (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and similar platforms)
• Brand mention monitoring in AI-generated outputs
• GEO optimization recommendations
• SEO recommendations
• Competitor analysis
• Website audits
• AI traffic insight estimates
• Analytics dashboards and reporting tools
• Content optimization tools
• Automated monitoring features
We reserve the right to modify, improve, suspend, limit, or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice where required by applicable law.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use the Services. The Services are not directed at or intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly.
If you use the Services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
4. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep login credentials confidential and secure
• Accept responsibility for all activity occurring under your account
• Use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication where available
You must immediately notify GeoSnake at legal@geosnake.com of any unauthorized use of your account. GeoSnake shall not be liable for any damages arising from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain reasonable account security. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Certain Services require payment. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Unless otherwise stated:
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period
• Fees are charged in advance for the upcoming billing period
• Renewal prices may change with at least thirty (30) days advance notice
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at legal@geosnake.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Services until the end of the paid period.
Refunds: Except where required by applicable law, all payments are non-refundable. EU/EEA consumers exercising statutory cancellation rights within 14 days of initial purchase (where the service has not commenced) may request a refund by contacting legal@geosnake.com. See Section 31 for EU/EEA consumer rights.
Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension. We encourage you to reach out to resolve billing disputes before contacting your payment provider.
6. Credits and Usage Limits
GeoSnake may utilize credits, quotas, scan limits, API limits, usage caps, or fair-use restrictions. We reserve the right to:
• Limit excessive usage that impacts system performance
• Suspend abusive accounts
• Prevent resource abuse
• Restrict automated activities that negatively affect system performance
Unused credits may expire according to the applicable subscription plan. Expiration terms will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase and in your account dashboard.
7. Customer Data
You retain full ownership of all information, content, websites, URLs, documents, text, and materials submitted to the Services ("Customer Data").
You grant GeoSnake a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process Customer Data solely for:
• Providing and operating the Services
• Generating analytics and reports for your account
• Improving system performance and reliability
• Maintaining platform security
• Complying with legal obligations
We do not sell Customer Data to third parties. We do not use Customer Data to train AI models without your explicit consent. Customer Data is processed strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to submit Customer Data to the Services, including any personal data of third parties contained within.
Data Retention: We retain Customer Data for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide the Services. Upon termination, we will delete or anonymize your Customer Data within ninety (90) days, unless retention is required by law. You may request earlier deletion by contacting privacy@geosnake.com.
8. Personal Data and Privacy
Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes what personal data we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and your rights regarding it.
By using the Services, you consent to the collection and processing of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. If you submit personal data of third parties through the Services, you are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to do so.
We process personal data in accordance with:
• The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) - for EEA users
• The UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 - for UK users
• The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) - for California residents
• Other applicable US state privacy laws
Our Privacy Policy, available at www.geosnake.com/privacy, sets out full details including lawful bases for processing, data transfers, and your rights.
9. AI-Generated Information
GeoSnake uses artificial intelligence, machine learning systems, statistical models, and third-party data providers to deliver the Services. You acknowledge that:
• AI outputs may be incomplete or contain inaccuracies
• Recommendations are informational only and not professional advice
• Results are not guaranteed and may vary
• AI platforms and search engines change frequently and without notice
• Historical data may not reflect current AI model behavior
GeoSnake does not guarantee any specific rankings, mentions, traffic, leads, revenue, conversions, or other business outcomes. All business decisions based on GeoSnake data remain your sole responsibility.
Automated Decision-Making: GeoSnake does not make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about individuals. AI-generated recommendations require human review before implementation.
10. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with or rely upon third-party providers including Google, Microsoft, OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta, LinkedIn, Perplexity, and others. GeoSnake is not responsible for:
• Third-party service availability or outages
• Third-party data accuracy or completeness
• Third-party policy or terms changes
• Any loss arising from your use of third-party services
Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We recommend reviewing those policies before using integrated services.
Sub-processors: A list of our key sub-processors who handle personal data on our behalf is available in our Privacy Policy. We will notify you of any material changes to sub-processors.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to:
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Upload, transmit, or distribute malicious software or code
• Attempt unauthorized access to GeoSnake systems or user accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services
• Interfere with or disrupt system operation or infrastructure
• Circumvent security, access control, or rate-limiting measures
• Resell or sublicense the Services without written authorization
• Use the Services for spam, phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices
• Scrape or harvest data using automated means beyond permitted API access
• Abuse APIs or automated systems in ways that degrade service quality
• Process personal data in violation of applicable data protection law
GeoSnake may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of access, without prior notice where necessary to protect the platform or other users.
12. Intellectual Property
GeoSnake and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all software, source code, databases, algorithms, reports, documentation, branding, logos, trademarks, designs, and platform content.
No ownership rights are transferred to you. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services solely for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Except as expressly permitted in writing, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, sublicense, sell, or otherwise exploit the Services or any part thereof.
If you believe any content on the Services infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact legal@geosnake.com with full details of your claim.
13. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information disclosed during the business relationship and use it only for the purposes contemplated by these Terms. Confidential information includes technical information, product information, business information, pricing, proprietary methodologies, and non-public data.
Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that: (a) is or becomes publicly known through no breach of this agreement; (b) was rightfully known before disclosure; (c) is received from a third party without restriction; or (d) is required to be disclosed by law or court order.
These confidentiality obligations survive termination of these Terms for a period of three (3) years.
14. Availability and Service Levels
GeoSnake aims to provide reliable Services but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Services may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance (for which we will provide reasonable advance notice), security incidents, infrastructure failures, third-party outages, or force majeure events.
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and to notify you of planned downtime. We are not liable for losses caused by unplanned downtime beyond the limitations set out in Section 18.
15. Beta Features
GeoSnake may provide beta, preview, experimental, or early-access features. Such features are provided "AS IS" without warranties and may change or be discontinued at any time. Results may be inaccurate or incomplete. Use of beta features is entirely at your own risk and should not be relied upon for critical business decisions.
16. Feedback
If you provide suggestions, feedback, ideas, or recommendations regarding the Services, GeoSnake may use them without restriction or compensation. You grant GeoSnake a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback into the Services.
Feedback does not include personal data or Customer Data, which remains subject to our Privacy Policy.
17. Suspension and Termination
GeoSnake may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, create risk to the platform or other users, or if required by law. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice prior to suspension or termination.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting legal@geosnake.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of prepaid fees except where required by law.
Upon termination, your right to access the Services ends immediately. Sections 7, 11, 12, 13, 16, 18, 19, 23, 24, and any sections that by their nature should survive, will survive termination of these Terms.
18. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GEOSNAKE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AND AVAILABILITY. GEOSNAKE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including statutory warranties applicable to consumers in the EU/EEA, UK, and applicable US states.
19. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GEOSNAKE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, GOODWILL, OR REPUTATION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL GEOSNAKE'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO GEOSNAKE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100).
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including consumer protection rights under EU/EEA Directive 2011/83/EU or equivalent applicable law.
EU/EEA and UK consumers retain all mandatory statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation that cannot be waived by contract.
20. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GeoSnake, OLYME TECHNOLOGIES LLC, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your use of the Services in violation of these Terms; your Customer Data; your violation of applicable laws; or claims brought against us by third parties due to your actions.
This indemnification obligation does not apply to the extent that any claim arises from GeoSnake's own negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct.
Note: Under EU consumer protection law, indemnification obligations may be limited or not applicable to individual consumers. This section applies primarily to business users.
21. Export Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable United States export control laws, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and sanctions regulations administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). You may not access or use the Services if you are located in a country subject to US embargo or are a designated person on any US restricted party list.
22. Changes to These Terms
GeoSnake may update these Terms at any time. We will provide at least thirty (30) days advance notice of material changes by email to your registered address and/or prominent notice on our platform. For non-material changes, updates become effective upon posting.
Continued use of the Services after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using the Services and may terminate your account. EU/EEA and UK consumers who do not accept material changes may terminate without penalty within the notice period.
23. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except as follows:
• EU/EEA Users: Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply and may take precedence.
• UK Users: UK mandatory consumer protection laws apply.
• California Users: California law supplements these Terms as described in Section 30.
24. Dispute Resolution
24.1 US Users
For US business users, any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, United States. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
24.2 EU/EEA and UK Consumers
EU/EEA consumers may also bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence. EU consumers have the right to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Our contact for ODR is: legal@geosnake.com.
UK consumers may use UK-based alternative dispute resolution (ADR) schemes. Please contact us at legal@geosnake.com for information on available ADR options.
24.3 Informal Resolution
Before initiating formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at legal@geosnake.com to attempt informal resolution. We will endeavor to respond within fifteen (15) business days.
25. Force Majeure
GeoSnake shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, war, terrorism, labor disputes, utility failures, pandemics, or third-party infrastructure failures. We will notify affected users and resume performance as soon as reasonably practicable.
26. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a competent court or authority, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
27. Waiver
No failure or delay by GeoSnake in exercising any right under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right. A waiver of any breach does not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
28. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. GeoSnake may assign these Terms or any rights hereunder in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or operation of law. Any purported assignment in violation of this section is void.
29. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and GeoSnake regarding the Services, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy, the Privacy Policy shall govern with respect to personal data processing.
30. California Residents - CCPA/CPRA
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) grants you the following rights:
• Right to Know: Request disclosure of personal information we have collected, used, shared, or sold about you in the past 12 months.
• Right to Delete: Request deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to certain exceptions.
• Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
• Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: You may request we limit use of sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide the Services.
• Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA/CPRA rights.

Shine the Light: California Civil Code Section 1798.83 allows California residents to request information about disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties for direct marketing purposes without your consent.
31. International Users - EU/EEA/UK
31.1 Data Controller
For EEA and UK users, OLYME TECHNOLOGIES LLC (trading as GeoSnake) acts as the data controller of your personal data. Our data protection contact is: privacy@geosnake.com.
31.2 Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data on the following legal bases under the GDPR:
• Performance of Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): To provide the Services you have subscribed to.
• Legitimate Interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): For security, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): For marketing communications and non-essential cookies (which you can withdraw at any time).
• Legal Obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): To comply with applicable laws.
31.3 Your Rights Under GDPR
EU/EEA and UK data subjects have the following rights:

31.4 International Data Transfers
GeoSnake is based in the United States. If you are located in the EEA or UK, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. Such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA), as applicable. 31.5 EU Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you benefit from mandatory consumer protection rights that cannot be overridden by contract. These include, where applicable:
• 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts for digital services, where the service has not yet commenced with your consent
• Rights under Directive 2019/770 on contracts for the supply of digital content and digital services
• Protection under applicable national consumer law
These rights are in addition to, and not limited by, these Terms.
31.6 Data Processing Addendum
If you use GeoSnake to process personal data of third parties on behalf of your business (as a data processor), a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) compliant with GDPR Article 28 is available upon request at legal@geosnake.com. Enterprise customers requiring a DPA should contact us before beginning such processing.
32. Accessibility
GeoSnake is committed to making our Services accessible. We strive to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. If you experience accessibility barriers, please contact us at legal@geosnake.com and we will work with you to provide access to the information or functionality you need.
