GeoSnake provides AI visibility tracking, AI search monitoring, brand intelligence, content optimization, competitor analysis, keyword tracking, AI training tools, and related software services through www.geosnake.com and associated applications, APIs, dashboards, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

Depending on the features used, we collect keywords; search questions and prompts; target and competitor domains; location, language, and device settings; URLs submitted for analysis; crawl and page information such as titles, text, metadata, links, and technical signals; search-result records; scan and recommendation outputs; generated content; report and export files; task identifiers and status; provider usage and cost records; and configuration, approval, and audit records. These records may identify an organization or its authorized users.
3.8 Contact and account lifecycle records
When you start signup, complete onboarding, update a profile, become a customer, or an account owner is removed, GeoSnake may send your email address and relevant name, business, website, role, location, attribution, and account or customer-status information to Brevo. GeoSnake uses this service to create or update contact records and place them in the relevant signup, user, customer, or removed-account lists.

4.1 General data collection

4.2 Website crawling and search-result services
When a feature analyzes a website, GeoSnake may send the submitted or configured URL, domain, crawl instructions, and related technical request data to Firecrawl so that pages can be discovered and retrieved. Returned page text, titles, metadata, links, crawl status, and related findings may be stored with the organization’s scans, research, recommendations, and reports. For keyword and visibility checks, GeoSnake may send the requested keyword, target or competitor domain, market or location, language, device, and search-depth settings to DataForSEO and, where a fallback search is used, Bright Data. Those providers return search-result listings and related rank data. GeoSnake may store returned URLs, titles, snippets, positions, provider task or snapshot identifiers, result status, timestamps, and related scan results in the organization’s account. These services may process requests outside your country. Provider-side handling and retention are subject to the terms that apply to GeoSnake.
4.3 AI features
When you use AI visibility, research, recommendation, content-generation, or image-generation features, GeoSnake may send prompts and feature inputs reasonably needed for that request to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or Lovable AI Gateway, depending on the feature. Inputs may include keywords, questions, brand or business details, public website page content, competitor information, connected-service information, and prior GeoSnake results. The provider returns an answer, analysis, image, or generated content, which GeoSnake may store in your account as a scan, recommendation, draft, or report. GeoSnake does not use customer content to train a general-purpose AI model unless a feature is separately described and enabled as stated below.
GeoSnake does not intentionally provide customer data to third-party AI providers for advertising purposes.

8.2 Agency and client access exemption
A client organization may invite or approve an agency organization to manage specified work in GeoSnake. An active connection can allow authorized agency administrators and designated agency users to view or use client information permitted by the client’s selected access permissions. Depending on those permissions, this can include organization and website details, scan and analytics results, recommendations, report generation, approved content-generation actions, and related status or audit information. An agency may create portfolio summaries, reports, or exports from client data it is permitted to access. The client organization can review, change, or revoke agency access in GeoSnake. Revocation stops future agency actions but does not automatically delete records, reports, or copies already exported, delivered, or downloaded by the agency. The agency and client organization remain responsible for their own contractual relationship and for informing their users or clients about their data practices.
Agency billing and branded reports. If an agency or client enables agency billing, GeoSnake may share account, organization, subscription, invoice, and payment-method setup information needed to establish or transfer billing through Stripe. Stripe processes card details; GeoSnake does not store full card numbers. Agency logos, brand colors, and related branding files may be stored in GeoSnake to create customized agency reports. Reports and exports may contain client organization data and may be viewed or downloaded by authorized users.
9. Infrastructure and Data Hosting
GeoSnake’s infrastructure is hosted using Supabase.
Primary data storage is located within the European Union, including Ireland.
Appropriate technical and organizational measures are implemented to protect personal information.
10. International Data Transfers
Personal information may be processed in countries outside the user’s country of residence.
Where required by law, GeoSnake implements safeguards including:

11. Data Retention
GeoSnake retains information only as long as reasonably necessary to:

Upon account deletion, certain information may remain in secure backups for a limited period before permanent deletion.
We retain each category of information for the period needed to provide the feature, meet contractual and legal obligations, protect the Services, maintain financial and security records, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention varies by data type. Account and organization records, scans and crawl content, connected-service data and tokens, AI inputs and outputs, audit/security logs, billing records, exports, and backups are stored in our database. When a connection is revoked (or a customer account has been deleted), GeoSnake stops future access and synchronization but may retain previously collected results and records for the purposes and periods below. When an account or organization is deleted, information is deleted or de-identified from active systems within 365 days, subject to legal retention and backup expiration periods if applicable. Anonymized data remains stored in databases in case the account has enabled 'AI optimization' on its Settings page.
12. Third-party Integrations
Integration availability and authorization. Available integrations may include Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Google Drive, Slack, Shopify, and WordPress. Availability may vary by plan and change over time. An authorized organization administrator must approve organization connections. Where the product permits a member-level connection, such as an individual Slack connection, the connected account and permissions are associated with that member as described in the connection flow. GeoSnake requests permissions needed for the selected feature; the provider authorization screen shows the requested permissions.
12.1 Google Search Console, Google Drive and Google Analytics 4
Google Search Console and Analytics. If authorized, GeoSnake retrieves Search Console performance and property information, which can include search queries, pages, clicks, impressions, click-through rate, average position, country, device, and sitemap or URL information. GeoSnake retrieves read-only Google Analytics information available through the connected property, which can include traffic, users, sessions, engagement, acquisition, and landing-page metrics. GeoSnake uses these data for the requested organization’s dashboards, scans, recommendations, and reports. Google Drive. GeoSnake may list folder metadata so an authorized user can choose a destination and may create, upload, or manage files selected for GeoSnake features. GeoSnake does not use the integration to open or read unrelated files in the user’s Drive. Files created or uploaded by GeoSnake may remain in the user’s Drive after disconnection, and the user controls their deletion there.

12.2 Shopify, Wix, and WordPress
When Shopify, Wix, or WordPress is connected, GeoSnake may use the permissions approved by an authorized organization Owner or Admin to read connected website or store details and to create, edit, draft, schedule, or publish supported content.
Depending on the permissions granted and the automation mode selected, GeoSnake may create blog posts, pages, images, files, categories, tags, and other supported content. Users may choose manual sending, automatic draft creation, or automatic publishing. Automatic publishing is optional and may be enabled only by an authorized organization Owner or Admin.
GeoSnake does not modify PHP files, theme files, plugin files, configuration files, Liquid code, wp-config.php, or other raw website code through these integrations unless a separate feature explicitly states otherwise and the organization separately authorizes it.

12.3 Slack
When Slack is connected, GeoSnake may send configured notifications to selected Slack channels, users, or other supported Slack destinations. Notifications may include completed scans, Auto-tracker results, checklist reminders, Action Center updates, integration errors, alerts, and billing or account notifications.
GeoSnake does not read unrelated Slack conversations, use Slack data for advertising, or send messages beyond the destinations and notification types configured by the organization.

12.4 Authentication and security
Connections are handled through the relevant provider’s official authentication or authorization process. GeoSnake requests only the permissions required for the selected integration and verifies the connected account and available permissions before performing supported actions.
OAuth client secrets, access tokens, and refresh tokens are stored in protected server-side storage and are never exposed in the GeoSnake interface. Connected data is protected through access controls, organization-level isolation, encryption, and server-side processing. Organization-level Row Level Security and authorization controls prevent one organization from accessing another organization’s connected services or data.
12.5 Automation and content delivery
Organizations may choose whether connected services are used manually or automatically. Manual delivery requires a user to select an integration and approve the transfer. Automatic draft delivery may send content marked as completed or approved to the selected integration as a draft. Automatic publishing may publish completed content without an additional approval step after the organization has explicitly enabled that mode.
Automatic publishing is potentially irreversible and should be enabled only by an authorized Owner or Admin. GeoSnake displays the risks of automatic publishing before it is enabled.
12.6 Data use, sharing, and retention
Connected-service data is used only to provide the integration and the related GeoSnake feature requested by the organization. GeoSnake does not sell connected-service data, use it for unrelated advertising, or share it with other organizations.
GeoSnake may use carefully limited service providers, including infrastructure, security, storage, email, and AI-processing providers, to operate the requested features. These providers process data only on GeoSnake’s behalf, under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations, and only for the disclosed purpose.
GeoSnake retains connected data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the connected feature, maintain organization reports and records, support security and auditing, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or preserve previously generated organization content and reports.
Organization Owners and Admins may disconnect an integration at any time. After disconnection, GeoSnake stops future synchronization, API access, and related automation jobs. Limited retention may continue where reasonably necessary for security, legal, billing, audit, dispute-resolution, or previously generated organization reports and content.
GeoSnake does not transfer or use connected-service data for purposes that are not described in this Privacy Policy or clearly disclosed in the GeoSnake product. Google user data is handled in accordance with Google’s API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use requirements. The same version of this Privacy Policy is linked from the GeoSnake homepage, the Google OAuth consent screen, and the in-product integration connection flow.
GeoSnake will update this section whenever its integration providers, permissions, data practices, or purposes materially change.

GeoSnake implements commercially reasonable safeguards including:

17.2 Opting out of integrations and feature data collection to train AI results and optimize AI responses
Some organizations may choose whether GeoSnake may use eligible scan or integration signals to improve GeoSnake’s services. The setting applies to previous and future data collection to enrich scan results, create better recommendation actions, and collect anonymous data from the account to improve GeoSnake's services for all users.
Organization administrators may disable this feature at any time. To opt out:
1. Navigate to the Settings page (accessible to organization admins only)
2. Locate the toggle labeled "Improve scan results by sharing integration and scan data with GeoSnake"
3. Turn the toggle off
Once disabled, GeoSnake will stop deriving and retaining Scan Insights from that organization's integrations and feature scans going forward. Disabling this setting does not affect the anonymized, aggregated nature of any Scan Insights already incorporated into GeoSnake's models, as such data contains no personal data or organization-identifiable information capable of being isolated or removed retroactively.
18. Age eligibility
The Services are intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By creating an account or using the Services, you represent that you are 18 or older and have authority to act for the organization you represent. You may not create or use an account if you are under 18. If we learn that an account is used by someone under 18, we may suspend the account, stop processing its personal information, and take reasonable steps to delete it, subject to legal, security, and record-keeping requirements. 19. Third-Party Services
The Services may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, integrations, or services.
GeoSnake is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.
Users should review the privacy policies of those third parties separately.
20. Changes to This Privacy Policy
GeoSnake may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Updated versions will be posted on the website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the Services following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
